Schedule
Contract role (1099)
Remote (U.S. only)
Shifts between 7 AM – 7 PM CT, including weekends
3–6 month assignment with possible extension
What You’ll Do
- Provide support via email, chat, and phone
- Build rapport with home-buyers and guide them to next steps
- Assign leads to the right real estate partners
- Use scripts and tools to ensure consistent quality
- Troubleshoot questions and escalate issues when needed
What You Need
- 2+ years of customer support experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Fast learner, comfortable with new tools
- Reliable high-speed internet (50Mbps+)
- High school diploma or equivalent
