Schedule
Contract role (1099)
Remote (U.S. only)
Shifts between 7 AM – 7 PM CT, including weekends
3–6 month assignment with possible extension

What You’ll Do

  • Provide support via email, chat, and phone
  • Build rapport with home-buyers and guide them to next steps
  • Assign leads to the right real estate partners
  • Use scripts and tools to ensure consistent quality
  • Troubleshoot questions and escalate issues when needed

What You Need

  • 2+ years of customer support experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Fast learner, comfortable with new tools
  • Reliable high-speed internet (50Mbps+)
  • High school diploma or equivalent
