Schedule
- Full-time, remote position (#LI-REMOTE)
- Must be available Monday–Friday between 8:00 am – 8:00 pm EST for an 8-hour shift
What You’ll Do
- Provide outstanding customer service to patients and healthcare providers
- Answer inbound calls and respond to inquiries professionally and promptly
- Enter and maintain accurate patient information and medical documentation
- Place client supply orders and arrange medical kit shipments
- Review and manage consent forms, faxes, and electronic queues
- Report laboratory results and assist clients with test requirements
- Resolve customer concerns effectively using proper resources
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a seamless experience
- Educate clients on billing and non-billing issues as needed
What You Need
- Knowledge of medical terminology for clear communication
- Strong data entry accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task and remain calm under pressure
- Passion for customer service in the healthcare field
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to deescalate stressful situations professionally
- Preferred: 1–3 years of experience in clinical lab, healthcare, insurance, or billing support; bilingual skills
