Schedule

  • Part-time
  • 100% Remote (U.S. only)
  • Flexible scheduling with weekday availability preferred
  • Must respond to customer inquiries within 24 hours

What You’ll Do

  • Handle inbound customer calls, leads, voicemails, and emails
  • Prepare and send job proposals; follow up for deposits and scheduling
  • Coordinate and manage daily technician schedules
  • Schedule home visits, installations, service calls, and warranty work
  • Communicate job updates to customers and team
  • Maintain online presence via social media and customer reviews
  • Close out jobs in CRM and accounting systems (HouseCallPro or Workiz)
  • Send automated invoices and request referrals after job completion

What You Need

  • Prior customer service or phone-based support experience
  • Friendly, professional phone voice and tone
  • A home office setup with high-speed internet and microphone headset
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • Strong attention to detail and people-first mindset
  • Comfort learning CRM systems and task trackers
