Schedule

  • Permanent, full-time position
  • Fully remote (USA-based)
  • Some hybrid flexibility may be available based on location
  • Standard business hours, with occasional participation in daily Level 1 team meetings

Responsibilities

  • Accurately process customer and distributor aftermarket orders (Standard, Contract, Warranty, SafeSupply) and quotes
  • Adjust and communicate pricing, ship dates, and order status promptly
  • Maintain best-in-class customer relationships and achieve a Net Promoter Score (NPS) of 75+
  • Process credits, concessions, and Return Material Authorizations (RMA) with required approvals
  • Proactively track and expedite orders, ensuring timely resolution of issues
  • Update customer contact details in Oracle and Salesforce
  • Meet monthly SLAs for BuyDomino registrations and SafeSupply leads
  • Provide customer training and support to improve BuyDomino participation
  • Document inbound leads, complaints, and case closures in Salesforce
  • Participate in daily team meetings and companywide initiatives
  • Suggest process improvements to enhance the overall customer experience

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant customer service experience preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong time management and organizational skills with proven deadline management
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Ability to work with all levels of employees and customers professionally
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
