Schedule
- Full-time, work-at-home role
- Must reside in one of these states: AL, AR, FL, GA, ID, IA, KS, LA, MD, MI, MS, MO, NE, NJ, NC, OK, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, WV
- Structured environment with schedule adherence standards
What You’ll Do
- Provide customer support via phone and chat, resolving questions and concerns quickly
- Document call information accurately for auditing and reporting
- Update customer records as needed
- Suggest and upsell new or enhanced services where appropriate
- Ensure every interaction reflects Alorica’s standards of professionalism and empathy
What You Need
- High school diploma or GED
- 1+ year of customer service experience preferred (chat experience a plus)
- Ability to type 60–80 WPM with 98% accuracy
- Strong multitasking skills and ability to manage multiple chats at once
- Excellent written and oral communication skills with customer-focused tone
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and strong computer navigation skills
- Quiet, distraction-free home office with a wired high-speed internet connection (minimum 10 Mbps down / 3 Mbps up)
