Schedule
- Full-time, remote position
- Must reside in one of the following states: AL, AR, FL, GA, ID, IA, KS, LA, MD, MI, MS, MO, NE, NJ, NC, OK, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, WV
- Paid training provided
Pay
- $15 per hour
- Optional daily or weekly pay options available
What You’ll Do
- Assist customers by phone, chat, and email with issues related to products or services
- Document call-related details for auditing and reporting
- Update and maintain accurate customer records
- Upsell existing customers on enhanced services when appropriate
What You Need
- High school diploma or GED
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Strong computer navigation skills; Microsoft Office familiarity a plus
- Clear verbal and written communication abilities
- Professional, courteous, and customer-focused mindset
- Private home workspace with wired broadband internet (min. 10 Mbps download / 3 Mbps upload; DSL or cable only)
