Schedule
- Full-time, work-from-home position
- Must be located in one of these states: AL, AR, FL, GA, ID, IA, KS, LA, MD, MI, MS, MO, NE, NJ, NC, OK, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, WV
- Requires dedicated home office with wired internet (DSL or Cable; min. 10 Mbps download / 3 Mbps upload)
What You’ll Do
- Assist customers by resolving issues and answering product/service questions
- Document call-related details for reporting and auditing
- Maintain accurate customer information and update accounts as needed
- Provide additional solutions by upselling new or enhanced services
What You Need
- High school diploma or GED
- Customer service experience preferred
- Strong computer and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Active listening and problem-solving skills
- Professional, courteous, and customer-focused demeanor
