Schedule

  • Full-time, work-from-home position
  • Must be located in one of these states: AL, AR, FL, GA, ID, IA, KS, LA, MD, MI, MS, MO, NE, NJ, NC, OK, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, WV
  • Requires dedicated home office with wired internet (DSL or Cable; min. 10 Mbps download / 3 Mbps upload)

What You’ll Do

  • Assist customers by resolving issues and answering product/service questions
  • Document call-related details for reporting and auditing
  • Maintain accurate customer information and update accounts as needed
  • Provide additional solutions by upselling new or enhanced services

What You Need

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Customer service experience preferred
  • Strong computer and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Active listening and problem-solving skills
  • Professional, courteous, and customer-focused demeanor
