About the Role
We’re looking for a Customer Experience Associate to join our Member Experience Team. You’ll connect directly with older adults, helping them enroll, stay engaged, and achieve health outcomes through Bold’s personalized programs. This is a remote, full-time role reporting to the Manager of Member Experience.
What You’ll Do
- Conduct high-volume outreach daily (phone, text, email)
- Make 100+ outbound calls per day
- Convert at least 25% of connected leads into enrollments
- Ensure 25% of engaged members take a class within one week
- Maintain 92%+ customer satisfaction scores
- Accurately document interactions in CRM tools (Insightly, HubSpot)
What You Bring
- 1–3 years inside sales, call center, customer support, or health coaching experience
- Clear, empathetic communication skills and strong active listening
- CRM and customer service software experience (Insightly, HubSpot preferred)
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills with attention to detail
- Ability to absorb information quickly and apply past experience in new contexts
Bonus Points If You Have:
- Direct experience working with older adults (senior living, patient advocate, fitness instructor, etc.)
- Previous experience in digital health or wellness startups
Compensation & Benefits
- $20–$22 per hour (based on experience)
