Schedule
- Full-time, remote (U.S. based, with Boston, MA as company hub)

What You’ll Do
- Investigate and resolve customer routing inquiries and navigation discrepancies
- Proactively troubleshoot mapping and routing issues using data analysis
- Collect and report mapping inconsistencies to improve system accuracy
- Follow up on bug reports and feature requests, ensuring customers receive timely updates
- Communicate driver and routing feedback to school transportation leaders
- Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat for routing and tablet-related issues
- Maintain proactive, clear communication with customers regarding system updates and fixes
What You Need
- Previous customer-facing experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple issues simultaneously and follow through to resolution
- Adaptability to hands-on troubleshooting and learning new tools quickly
