As a Design Operations Associate, you support the hundreds of designers on the Havenly platform through email, chat, and Slack. You’ll work closely with our designers and the tools they use, helping them deliver a delightful experience for every client. Behind the scenes, our Design Ops team plays a huge part in answering designer questions, troubleshooting technology troubles, and maintaining operational tasks and pipelines. The Details:
- While this is a 100% remote position, you must reside in one of the following states to be considered for this role: CO, FL, GA, IL, NY, or TX
- You must have access to your own computer, a stable and fast internet connection, and a quiet place to work.
- This role includes a full-time schedule with weekend hours – specific schedules available at time of offer.
What You’ll Do:
- Support the Havenly design process by working with our designers, our clients and our vendor partners.
- Troubleshoot problems and resolve blockers for our designers throughout their process.
- Comfortably learn and navigate our CRM, 3D Design software, internal tools and supporting project trackers.
- Manage many simultaneous tasks and conversations, providing accurate, timely, and kind responses to designer inquiries.
- Work with cross functional partners to flag trends and bugs, summarizing opportunities for improvement.
The Experience You’ll Bring:
- 1 year + of experience working at an online consumer brand or physical store retailer, preferably in the tech/client support space.
- Outstanding individual and team performer with an excellent track record of driving success.
- A self-starting attitude: You work independently and effectively when directed by a manager.
- The ability to navigate seamlessly between multiple client interactions and internal systems while working toward clearly defined customer service goals.
Additional Details:
- This is a full-time non-exempt role. This position begins as a 90-day temporary role, with the possibility of conversion to a permanent role. This gives you and us the ability to determine whether it’s the right fit.
- Applicants must live in CO, FL, GA, IL, NY, or TX.
- Hourly compensation for this role is $18 per hour during temp period, increasing upon conversion to a permanent role.
