Schedule

  • Full-time, remote-first role (U.S. based)

What You’ll Do

  • Own the full customer implementation process from kickoff to adoption
  • Build deep, lasting relationships with key stakeholders, from Transportation Directors to Superintendents
  • Celebrate customer milestones and proactively connect with users
  • Partner with Support Operations and Support Engineers to deliver tailored solutions
  • Serve as a bridge between customers and product/engineering teams by sharing insights and feature requests

What You Need

  • 3+ years in Customer Success, Customer Experience, or a related role
  • Strong organizational skills with a detail-oriented mindset
  • Excellent writing and communication skills with a personable, confident tone
  • A “glass half full” attitude and resourceful problem-solving skills
  • Ability to adapt quickly, learn on the fly, and dig into technical details when needed
  • Genuine curiosity and ability to build authentic relationships with diverse stakeholders
