Schedule & Compensation
- Full-time, Remote (U.S.-based)
- Hourly pay: $21 – $26 per hour

What You’ll Do
- Support patients and advocates via phone, email, and chat with empathy and precision.
- Resolve inquiries quickly and effectively, from appointment confirmations to troubleshooting issues.
- Build strong relationships with clients and advocates, ensuring they feel heard and understood.
- Gather, track, and share feedback to improve Solace’s systems, platform, and overall experience.
- Collaborate with your team to brainstorm creative solutions and execute them confidently.
What You Need
- Strong empathy and confidence handling difficult conversations across multiple channels.
- Detail orientation and ability to recognize small but impactful factors.
- Comfort with technology, troubleshooting, and guiding clients through browser or phone issues.
- Proven problem-solving and adaptability in fast-paced environments.
- Team-oriented, feedback-driven mindset with a “get it done” mentality.
