Position Highlights
• Location: Remote (Europe only)
• Start Date: August 4, 2025
• Compensation: $18,000–$21,000 USD/year
• Schedule: 5 days/week, including weekends; shifts assigned across 24/7 rotation
• Contract type: Full-time


📋 What You’ll Own
• Provide fast, clear, and empathetic support across chat, email, and voice
• Resolve shift, payment, and platform issues in real time
• Use Zendesk, Salesforce, and internal tools to manage tickets and logs
• Spot and escalate workflow/process issues
• Help onboard new users and guide them through the platform
• Embody values like ownership, speed, and high standards in every customer interaction


🎯 Must-Have Traits
• 4+ years in chat/voice-based support roles
• 4+ years using CRMs like Zendesk or Salesforce
• 4+ years using Google Workspace in a work setting
• Fluent, professional-level English
• Calm, critical thinker who works well under pressure
• Organized, reliable, and proactive
• Committed to long-term growth and team success

• Wired internet with at least 15 Mbps download
• Minimum specs: i5 processor (or equivalent), 12 GB RAM
