Schedule
- Full-time, 40 hours per week (day shift)
- Contact center hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST
- Fully remote (bring-your-own-device role)
What You’ll Do
- Handle a high volume of inbound calls with professionalism and empathy
- Support questions about products, orders, shipping, returns, and company policies
- Troubleshoot and resolve product or order issues quickly
- Log customer interactions accurately in the CRM
- Provide personalized solutions to improve customer experience and retention
- Share recurring issues and insights with leadership to improve processes
- Help create or update FAQs, templates, and customer resources
- Provide order status updates (delays, availability, etc.)
- Recommend relevant products based on customer needs to drive value and loyalty
What You Need
- 3+ years of customer service experience (contact center or e-commerce preferred)
- Strong communication skills with a warm, professional tone
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to multitask under pressure
- Experience with CRM or ticketing platforms and e-commerce order tools
- Calm, resilient, positive demeanor in sensitive situations
- Solid computer skills and strong organization
