Schedule

  • Full-time, 40 hours per week (day shift)
  • Contact center hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST
  • Fully remote (bring-your-own-device role)

What You’ll Do

  • Handle a high volume of inbound calls with professionalism and empathy
  • Support questions about products, orders, shipping, returns, and company policies
  • Troubleshoot and resolve product or order issues quickly
  • Log customer interactions accurately in the CRM
  • Provide personalized solutions to improve customer experience and retention
  • Share recurring issues and insights with leadership to improve processes
  • Help create or update FAQs, templates, and customer resources
  • Provide order status updates (delays, availability, etc.)
  • Recommend relevant products based on customer needs to drive value and loyalty

What You Need

  • 3+ years of customer service experience (contact center or e-commerce preferred)
  • Strong communication skills with a warm, professional tone
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to multitask under pressure
  • Experience with CRM or ticketing platforms and e-commerce order tools
  • Calm, resilient, positive demeanor in sensitive situations
  • Solid computer skills and strong organization
