Schedule

  • Full-time, remote (U.S. based)
  • Must be available to work weekends and key holidays (including November and December)
  • 90-day introductory period

What You’ll Do

  • Provide empathetic, personalized support that builds long-term customer loyalty
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns quickly and effectively
  • Manage multiple inquiries simultaneously across phone, chat, and email
  • Identify recurring issues and provide feedback to improve customer experience
  • Consistently meet performance metrics: CSAT, retention, response time, and productivity

What You Need

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • 2+ years of customer service experience in a high-volume, metrics-driven environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication with exceptional attention to detail
  • Proven ability to multi-task and problem-solve in a fast-paced, remote environment
  • Reliable high-speed internet: minimum 75+ Mbps download and 10+ Mbps upload
  • Quiet, distraction-free workspace
