This is an omni-channel role where you’ll manage phone, chat, and email conversations—helping us uphold our mission of luxury quality at radically fair prices.

Schedule
- Full-time, remote (U.S. based)
- Must be available to work weekends and key holidays (including November and December)
- 90-day introductory period
What You’ll Do
- Provide empathetic, personalized support that builds long-term customer loyalty
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns quickly and effectively
- Manage multiple inquiries simultaneously across phone, chat, and email
- Identify recurring issues and provide feedback to improve customer experience
- Consistently meet performance metrics: CSAT, retention, response time, and productivity
What You Need
- High school diploma or GED required
- 2+ years of customer service experience in a high-volume, metrics-driven environment
- Strong written and verbal communication with exceptional attention to detail
- Proven ability to multi-task and problem-solve in a fast-paced, remote environment
- Reliable high-speed internet: minimum 75+ Mbps download and 10+ Mbps upload
- Quiet, distraction-free workspace
