Schedule
- Canada, Remote
- Candidates within 50 km of Toronto must work onsite 5 days per week
- Set schedule with guaranteed hours
- May include weekends, key holidays, and overtime (especially in November and December)
- Training: 3-week mandatory onboarding, Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM ET (full attendance required)
- Limited and unpaid time off during the first 90 days after training
What You’ll Do
- Support customers across chat, email, phone, and social channels
- Own each customer interaction end-to-end with clarity, care, and follow-through
- Resolve issues with empathy and turn problems into positive experiences
- Navigate tools efficiently while keeping the human touch
- Share trends and recurring patterns to improve retention and service quality
- Build strong product knowledge to guide customers confidently
What You Need
- High School diploma or GED
- Bilingual in French and English (spoken and written)
- 2+ years of customer service experience
- Proven ability to build relationships and resolve issues in a remote environment
- Quiet workspace and reliable high-speed internet (75+ Mbps download / 10+ Mbps upload)
- Ability to work weekends, key holidays, and overtime as needed
