What You’ll Do
- Design and deliver engaging training for Customer Success, Sales, and leadership teams
- Support new hire onboarding and drive continuous skill development
- Improve operational workflows and training resources using performance metrics and team feedback
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align processes and drive customer-centric improvements
- Maintain and optimize internal knowledge bases for staff and customer access
- Act as a subject matter expert across tools, processes, and CX systems
What You Need
- 3+ years in sales/retention with KPI success
- 2+ years experience in training for contact centers (remote preferred)
- Skilled in coaching, adult learning, and instructional design
- Familiar with LMS tools (e.g., Lessonly, WorkRamp)
- Knowledge of Five9, Kustomer, Zendesk, Google Suite, Slack
- Strong communication, project management, and analytical skills
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and proactive in a fast-paced environment
