Schedule

  • Seasonal: September 2025 – February 2026
  • Two shift options:
    • Tuesday–Saturday (8–5 PST on weekends, 9–6 PST weekdays)
    • Sunday–Thursday (8–5 PST on weekends, 9–6 PST weekdays)
  • Fully remote within KS, CA, or CO (company-provided equipment)

Responsibilities

  • Handle ~64 customer interactions per shift across phone, email, and live chat
  • Deliver 5-star service with a 90%+ customer satisfaction rating
  • Resolve issues, answer questions, and turn challenges into positive experiences
  • Maintain accurate records of all customer communications
  • Adapt to evolving processes in a fast-paced contact center environment

Requirements

  • 21+ years old (wine business requirement)
  • Live in KS, CA, or CO for payroll purposes
  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in a call center-like setting
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Comfortable with technology, multitasking, and high call volumes
  • Reliable, punctual, and committed to scheduled shifts
  • Passion for helping people; interest in wine a plus
