Schedule
- Seasonal: September 2025 – February 2026
- Two shift options:
- Tuesday–Saturday (8–5 PST on weekends, 9–6 PST weekdays)
- Sunday–Thursday (8–5 PST on weekends, 9–6 PST weekdays)
- Fully remote within KS, CA, or CO (company-provided equipment)
Responsibilities
- Handle ~64 customer interactions per shift across phone, email, and live chat
- Deliver 5-star service with a 90%+ customer satisfaction rating
- Resolve issues, answer questions, and turn challenges into positive experiences
- Maintain accurate records of all customer communications
- Adapt to evolving processes in a fast-paced contact center environment
Requirements
- 21+ years old (wine business requirement)
- Live in KS, CA, or CO for payroll purposes
- Previous customer service experience, preferably in a call center-like setting
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable with technology, multitasking, and high call volumes
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to scheduled shifts
- Passion for helping people; interest in wine a plus
