Our Customer Intake Department ensures accuracy, efficiency, and exceptional service in onboarding new customers, maintaining records, and facilitating access to care. We are committed to operational excellence and HIPAA-compliant handling of confidential health information.


Schedule

  • Full-time, remote within the USA
  • Standard hours: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM EST (first 30 days: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST for training)
  • Must reside in: PA, DE, GA, MI, NC, TX, NJ, or FL
  • Evening coverage includes inbound calls from members opting into eligible Medicare Advantage services
  • Independent work expected during evening hours with limited direct supervision

Responsibilities

  • Monitor multiple queues for intake communications, including new orders, record updates, and service cancellations
  • Review and interpret communications to determine necessary actions before entering data into company systems
  • Navigate healthcare portals and online resources to gather missing or incomplete information
  • Verify and process new customer orders, correct records, and handle service cancellations
  • Answer inbound calls and respond to emails from customers, referring sources, and care managers
  • Ensure all work meets HIPAA and confidentiality requirements
  • Collaborate with the Intake team and other departments to ensure seamless operations

Requirements

  • Associate degree in a healthcare-related field preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • Minimum typing speed of 40 WPM
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve missing or incorrect information
  • Friendly and professional phone demeanor
  • Adaptable to changes, punctual, and reliable
