Schedule
- Full-time, remote within the United States
- Standard business hours with flexibility for customer needs
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary tax liaison for new customers during onboarding
- Maintain open communication with customers via email, CRM tickets, phone, and occasional onsite visits
- Review reconciliations, set up tax accounts, and provide audit explanations for non-notice ticket items
- Collaborate with internal tax teams and Customer Success to ensure a seamless onboarding process
- Prioritize and schedule customer calls with relevant parties
- Become an expert in OSV Tax Systems and procedures
- Understand the payroll tax impact for each assigned customer
- Provide timely and accurate responses to customer requests and escalations
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or higher preferred
- 3–5 years of customer service, tax, and/or payroll experience
- Working knowledge of federal, state, and local tax rules and requirements
- Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple customers and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Payroll outsourcing and/or shared services experience preferred
