- High-velocity outbound environment (75+ outbound dials per day or 5+ hours talk time)
- Compensation: $57,750 OTE ($40,425 base) + uncapped earning potential
- Hourly range: $19.44–$27.76/hour (includes base + potential performance bonus), based on location, skills, and experience
What You’ll Do
- Partner with newly enrolled Pros to create a customized onboarding plan anchored to their goals
- Make 75+ outbound dials per day or maintain 5+ hours of talk time to connect with your assigned portfolio
- Listen, diagnose needs, handle objections, and reinforce the value of the product
- Coach customers on implementing Housecall Pro into their business and using core features effectively
- Support customers through their first 30 days to help them hit activity targets and build momentum
- Identify high-risk accounts quickly and escalate to the right resolution path when needed
- Collaborate as a strong team player with clear communication, presentation, and creative problem-solving
- Use tools and systems to work efficiently and consistently in a changing environment
What You Need
- 2+ years of full-time experience in a client-facing onboarding or support role
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree is a plus)
- Strong English reading, writing, and verbal communication skills
- Professional, reliable, adaptable work style with a customer-first mindset
- Curiosity and eagerness to learn in a fast-moving environment
- Experience using AI tools to improve quality and efficiency of work
- Bonus: 6+ months of outbound sales or prospecting experience
