What You’ll Do
- Become a Tekmetric product expert and provide detailed onboarding walkthroughs
- Educate customers on features, best practices, and setup requirements
- Record customer needs and feedback in HubSpot, sharing insights with leadership
- Run and manage customer data migrations
- Collaborate across sales, customer success, support, operations, and engineering teams
- Ensure new customers receive superior service and a smooth implementation
- Build and strengthen relationships with customer stakeholders
- Continuously improve onboarding processes based on customer feedback
What You Need
- 1–2 years of experience in customer onboarding or a client-facing role
- Strong project management and problem-solving skills
- Experience managing escalated client issues and improving processes
- Ability to build relationships with all levels of an organization, including C-Suite
- Strong collaboration skills with customer success teams
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
