DaySmart builds business management software focused on scheduling and workflow for service-based businesses. TeamUp is DaySmart’s fitness solution, trusted by gyms, studios, and trainers to manage payments, scheduling, and member experiences. This team is remote-first, collaborative, and serious about customer outcomes.
Schedule
- U.S.-based role with flexible work arrangements (remote, hybrid, or in-office)
- Standard hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00am–5:30pm Eastern Time
- Occasional flexibility to work later if needed
- Remote expectation: active participation in meetings with camera on and strong collaboration across time zones
What You’ll Do
- Own the onboarding journey for new customers as their primary point of contact via meetings, chat, and email
- Lead live trainings and tailored walkthroughs aligned to each customer’s workflows and goals
- Track onboarding milestones, communicate proactively, and keep customers on pace for go-live
- Configure key system settings (payments, policies, integrations) to ensure launch readiness
- Resolve onboarding roadblocks and escalate to support or product teams when needed
- Guide data imports and migrations (members, schedules, memberships, billing) using internal tools and AI
- Troubleshoot spreadsheet formatting issues to ensure clean, accurate transfers
- Improve onboarding resources and internal documentation; stay current on new features
- Review AI support responses and help refine help content and customer-facing guidance
- Advocate for customers internally by sharing feedback, feature ideas, and insights
What You Need
- 2+ years in a customer onboarding role
- 2+ years working with SaaS platforms
- Strong written and verbal communication skills (able to explain technical concepts clearly)
- Experience with data imports, spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets), and troubleshooting
- Comfortable using AI tools for data transforming and process support
- Ability to manage multiple onboarding projects and hit target go-live dates
- Remote work experience and confidence collaborating across time zones
- Organized, reliable, calm under pressure, and proactive about improving processes
- Bonus: experience in the fitness industry
