What You’ll Do
- Guide new enterprise customers through onboarding, adoption, and early success milestones
- Provide coaching, training, and technical support throughout onboarding and beyond
- Develop long-term relationships with key accounts and identify upsell opportunities
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Tech Support
- Communicate insurance details, financial responsibility, and platform functionality with clarity
- Troubleshoot issues and provide customized, consultative solutions
What You Need
- 1–3 years experience in customer success, implementation, or sales
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Proven success meeting onboarding or account performance goals
- Strong written/verbal communication and time management skills
- Experience with CRM tools and a customer-first mindset
Preferred Qualifications
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Experience working with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or cleaning professionals
- History of working collaboratively with cross-functional teams
