Schedule

- Collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain teams
Responsibilities
- Manage the order-to-cash cycle for Our Home brands, ensuring order accuracy and timely processing
- Confirm ship/delivery dates based on inventory, lead times, forecasts, and customer needs
- Partner with supply chain, production, quality, and finance teams to resolve order and shipment issues
- Monitor unshipped orders and proactively resolve delays to maintain satisfaction
- Support assigned sales managers/customers, providing regular updates on order status and issue resolution
- Process order adjustments, invoice discrepancies, credits, and contract requirements
- Build lasting relationships with customers and internal departments
- Meet key performance metrics, including 98%+ order accuracy and 100% order confirmations within 24 hours
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in Customer Service, Order Entry, CPG, or Supply Chain
- Familiarity with ERP/MRP order systems; NetSuite experience preferred
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Strong problem-solving ability in complex or ambiguous situations
- Clear and professional communication (written and verbal) with both customers and internal stakeholders
- Detail-oriented, results-driven, and adaptable to changing business needs
