Cennox is seeking a Customer Relations Coordinator to support internal teams and external clients in a fully remote role. This position ensures service quality, timely completion of documentation, and effective communication between customers and operations. Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary liaison between customers and operations to ensure expectations are met and exceeded.
- Communicate effectively via phone and email to address inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide service updates.
- Learn and navigate specialized software programs and customer portals as needed.
- Review work orders, monitor service progress, and ensure deliverables meet quality standards.
- Assist with customer onboarding, including database entry and document organization.
- Review and uphold customer contracts, service level agreements (SLAs), and scopes of work (SOWs).
- Maintain accurate records of equipment, work orders, billing, and inventory.
- Coordinate distribution of parts, documents, and information to field technicians and relevant teams.
- Perform administrative duties related to service paperwork and deliverables.
- Generate reports, analyze service data, and recommend process improvements.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1–2 years of office or administrative experience (preferred).
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Excel; general MS Office skills.
- Ability to type at least 45 WPM.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- High attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills.
- Adaptability in a fast-paced, changing environment.
Work Environment & Physical Requirements
- Fully remote position requiring long periods of computer-based work.
- Vision correctable to 20/20.
- Finger dexterity for typing and computer use.
