If you’re already licensed in P&C and you like fast-paced phone work, this is a straight-up “get paid to be sharp and helpful” role. You’ll handle 30–50 calls/day, do inbound sales + fulfillment, and educate customers on coverage in a way that hits client targets.
About Patra

- Handle inbound calls, emails, faxes, and mail from account managers/customers/prospects
- Work across multiple carrier rating websites and tools

- Experience with agency management systems + electronic document management
- Strong organization, detail, and communication skills
- Comfort navigating carrier websites + Microsoft Outlook/Excel/Word + Adobe
- Internet: minimum 6 Mbps down / 3 Mbps up, wired Ethernet required, no satellite
Benefits
- Not listed in the posting (so don’t assume). Ask during the recruiter screen.
Two quick truth checks before you burn time applying:
- If you don’t currently have an active P&C license, this is a no-go right now.
- If your home internet can’t meet the wired Ethernet requirement, it’s also a no-go.
If you tell me whether you have the P&C license (and whether it’s Personal Lines or Commercial Lines heavy), I’ll help you pick the best angle for your application and craft a tight “why me” summary that matches what they’re actually hiring for.
Happy Hunting,
