Customer Service: Work from Home – Ft. Collins , Colorado 80525
Pay: $12.50 /hour

Customer Service: Work from Home Details:
- Answer inbound calls from customers regarding their retail orders.
- Look up order and delivery status’s
- Answer questions regarding products, and assisting in placing orders
- Maneuvering between multiple operating systems
- Responding to email inquiries
- Responding to chat messages
Pay: $12.50/hr – Peak Season bonuses are available during the holiday season
Schedules will vary – They are open 24/7.
Customer Service: Work from Home Qualifications:
- Must have highspeed internet (speed test required)
- Must have previous customer service experience
- Must have advanced computer skills (assessments required)
- Must be familiar with MS Office
- Must have a dedicated quiet workspace
- Must be able to work & train in the evenings
