Responsibilities
- Meet accuracy, quality (product & process), productivity. Engage in continuous improvement initiatives.
- Answer incoming calls from customers who require support for their devices.
- Ascertains nature of call and assesses whether it can be handled in place, needs to be escalated, or if further follow-up is required to provide customer with appropriate resolution.
- Accurately process and document each inbound call/email transaction into company databases.
- Deliver service and support to end-users via voice call, email, and third-party software.
- Interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests about products and services.
