Schedule

  • Full-time, remote (must live and work in the United States)
  • High-volume customer contact environment
  • Standard weekday hours with some flexibility

What You’ll Do

  • Handle elevated phone, email, and platform-based customer inquiries
  • Manage billing, policy issuance, and customer/agency requests
  • Provide clear, proactive communication to resolve complex issues
  • Build strong relationships with partners and cross-functional teams
  • Support onboarding and training of new customer service hires

What You Need

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 1+ years customer service, sales, or administrative experience
  • 1+ years insurance industry experience (commercial insurance preferred)
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
  • Proficiency in Google Suite
  • Growth mindset and openness to coaching
