Schedule
- Full-time, remote (must reside and work in the United States; territories excluded)
- Standard business hours with availability to handle high-volume customer contacts
What You’ll Do
- Provide advanced support to commercial auto customers and partners via phone, email, and platform channels
- Resolve escalated customer and agent issues related to policies, billing, and documentation
- Handle daily requests such as policy issuance, billing inquiries, follow-ups, and agency questions
- Advocate for customer needs by identifying concerns and preventing repeat issues
- Collaborate across internal teams to deliver clear communication and consistent service
- Assist with onboarding and training of new customer service hires, including creating resources and training materials
What You Need
- High school diploma or GED required
- 1+ years customer service, administrative, or sales experience
- 1+ years in a high-volume customer contact environment (preferred)
- 1+ years of insurance industry experience (commercial insurance strongly preferred)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills with ability to build lasting customer relationships
- Proficiency in Google Suite and comfort managing calls and emails up to 8 hours per day
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Growth mindset, adaptability, and openness to feedback
