Remote Commercial Customer Service Agent
Pay Rate 18.00 Philadelphia, PA
We’re looking for Remote Customer Service Agent to work for our client who is leading health insurance company in the Philadelphia region. Earn $18/hr.
These are temp-to-hire positions– Once permanent your pay will increase due to performance

Temp to Hire – Position starts on September 18, 2023. Call center is open 7 days a week. From the time of start – there will be 8-10 weeks training (paid) from 8 AM to 4:15 PM Monday to Friday; All candidates are required to be available during those hours. Once training is over, you will get a fixed schedule anytime from 8am to 8pm.
Pay Rate:$18 an hour
Available Shift Times:
- First Shift: Monday – Friday, 8.00am to 4:15pm
Key Requirements:
- MUST be able to work Remote from Home – equipment will be provided. – be up to 20 miles surrounding area of Philadelphia, PA
- Requires HS Diploma or GED with a minimum of 2 years of customer service experience, call center experience is preferred
- Healthcare industry experience is preferred
- Strong Customer-focused competencies, seeking service-oriented individuals.
- Must have strong verbal and written communication skills,
- phone-based position which requires excellent verbal communication; ability to clearly communicate complex messages over the phone.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- 1 year of Call Center Customer Service experience (Inbound calls)
- Ability to navigate through multiple systems
- Medical background helpful
