Schedule

  • Full-time, remote, temporary assignment
  • Must complete required online assessments (computer or laptop only) at application stage
  • Shift adherence required; schedule may include variable hours based on incident demand

What You’ll Do

  • Answer and resolve disaster-related inquiries with professionalism and empathy
  • Verify caller information; update records and document each interaction in the CRM
  • Follow client protocols and knowledge bases across multiple web tools and tabs
  • Conduct follow-ups and targeted outbound calls/surveys when needed
  • Use contact center metrics to maintain quality, accuracy, and productivity

What You Need

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Prior call center or customer service experience strongly preferred
  • Excellent verbal/written communication; strong multitasking and web navigation skills
  • Ability to sit for extended periods
  • Must pass background check, drug screen, pre-employment testing, and internet speed test
  • Clearance eligibility as required by the program

Work-From-Home Requirements

  • Non-cellular high-speed internet: Fiber, DSL, or cable only
  • Hotspots, satellite, and wireless home internet are not allowed
  • Must meet minimum program speed requirements and use a computer/laptop for assessments
