Schedule

  • Remote, Nationwide U.S.
  • Full-time, must be available to work any assigned shift (24/7 call center coverage)
  • Hourly pay: $18–$19

What You’ll Do

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, upselling products and services
  • Resolve customer issues and concerns with professionalism
  • Process accounting and invoice-related matters
  • Ensure first-call resolution to minimize callbacks
  • Perform other assigned duties

What You Need

  • 2–3 years of inbound sales experience
  • 2–3 years of customer service experience
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; college coursework preferred
  • Proficiency in MS Office, web-based applications, and databases
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to type at least 40 wpm
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and team-oriented
