- Remote, Nationwide U.S.
- Full-time, must be available to work any assigned shift (24/7 call center coverage)
- Hourly pay: $18–$19
What You’ll Do
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, upselling products and services
- Resolve customer issues and concerns with professionalism
- Process accounting and invoice-related matters
- Ensure first-call resolution to minimize callbacks
- Perform other assigned duties
What You Need
- 2–3 years of inbound sales experience
- 2–3 years of customer service experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; college coursework preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office, web-based applications, and databases
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to type at least 40 wpm
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and team-oriented
