  • Monday to Friday, 3:30pm – 12:00am EST
  • Work equipment provided

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound calls from existing customers
  • Process policy service requests: add/remove vehicles, drivers, lienholder info, send documents, and more
  • Support customers with questions about coverage, policy details, and benefits
  • Retain policyholders by identifying solutions for customers at risk of cancellation
  • Maintain accuracy while managing multiple requests and systems

Requirements

  • 2+ years of call center experience
  • Strong multitasking and prioritization skills
  • Passion for helping customers
  • Ability to manage multiple systems and maintain accuracy
  • P&C license not required — Jerry pays for it (expected within 60 days of starting)
