Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls from existing customers
- Process policy service requests: add/remove vehicles, drivers, lienholder info, send documents, and more
- Support customers with questions about coverage, policy details, and benefits
- Retain policyholders by identifying solutions for customers at risk of cancellation
- Maintain accuracy while managing multiple requests and systems
Requirements
- 2+ years of call center experience
- Strong multitasking and prioritization skills
- Passion for helping customers
- Ability to manage multiple systems and maintain accuracy
- P&C license not required — Jerry pays for it (expected within 60 days of starting)
