Schedule

  • Full-time, remote role
  • Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM–7:30 PM CT OR 11:00 AM–8:30 PM ET
  • No travel required

Responsibilities

  • Provide top-notch customer support via phone, chat, and email
  • Answer questions, resolve issues, and guide customers through site navigation
  • Assist with purchasing decisions and manually place new orders
  • Handle refunds, exchanges, and general account inquiries
  • Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and share information with customers
  • Develop rapport and build trust to enhance customer retention
  • Work collaboratively within a supportive team environment

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1–2 years of customer service experience preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (phone, email, and chat)
  • Professional phone etiquette and polished grammar/writing skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Docs, and email platforms
  • Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and think creatively
  • Must have:
    • A distraction-free home workspace
    • Reliable high-speed internet connection (Lulus provides a stipend to support connectivity)
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a team
