Schedule
- Full-time, remote role
- Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM–7:30 PM CT OR 11:00 AM–8:30 PM ET
- No travel required
Responsibilities
- Provide top-notch customer support via phone, chat, and email
- Answer questions, resolve issues, and guide customers through site navigation
- Assist with purchasing decisions and manually place new orders
- Handle refunds, exchanges, and general account inquiries
- Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and share information with customers
- Develop rapport and build trust to enhance customer retention
- Work collaboratively within a supportive team environment
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1–2 years of customer service experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (phone, email, and chat)
- Professional phone etiquette and polished grammar/writing skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Docs, and email platforms
- Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and think creatively
- Must have:
- A distraction-free home workspace
- Reliable high-speed internet connection (Lulus provides a stipend to support connectivity)
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team
