Customer Service Analyst – Banking Industry

Job Description:

The contractor must have Customer Service experience preferably in the banking industry – improtant***

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assist employees in understanding their specific mandatory compliance activities and requirements.
  • Provide detailed guidance via phone, email, and chat tools
  • Answer questions related to the fundamental compliance standards.
  • Handle a large volume of customer interactions professionally and accurately
  • Demonstrate good judgment in the appropriate method to assist customers
  • Quickly and accurately document customer interactions in customer management tool (Service Now)
  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned

Required Skills

  • Proficient Microsoft Office skills – Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with Securities/Finance industry.
  • Ability to deal with competing priorities,
  • Customer Service attitude,
  • 40 WPM minimum typing speed

Education & Experience

  • Customer Service experience required,
  • The banking industry experience is strongly desired
