Schedule & Compensation
- Full-time, remote (based in or near Needham, MA)
- $17–$21/hour base pay + discretionary annual bonus

What You’ll Do
- Receive, compile, sort, interpret, and verify incoming data and documentation
- Provide customer support via phone and email
- Conduct basic troubleshooting and recommend solutions
- Maintain organized electronic and hard-copy filing systems for applications, rebates, and supporting documents
- Collaborate across departments to ensure efficient service delivery
- Perform data entry into various database applications
- Complete other duties as assigned
What You Need
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 6–12 months of related call center experience
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in English; Spanish fluency preferred
- Interest in sustainability and environmental impact
- Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Access a plus
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
