Schedule
- Full-time, remote (US only)
- Work from anywhere in the US (eligible to work without sponsorship required)
- Occasional travel may be required to Denver HQ or other offices
What You’ll Do
- Provide software support via phone, chat, and ticketing system for DrChrono users
- Troubleshoot urgent client issues across web and mobile applications, guiding users toward resolution
- Serve as a subject-matter resource on DrChrono’s features, iOS integrations, and partner tools
- Document, escalate, and track cases through Zendesk, Jira, and internal tools
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, sales, and account management to resolve client needs
- Proactively identify repeat issues and opportunities for product improvement
- Represent the voice of the customer by sharing feedback and contributing to the knowledge base
- Strive to exceed personal and team performance targets
What You Need
- 3+ years in a customer-facing or technical support role
- 3+ years troubleshooting software or systems
- 1+ year in healthcare or billing environments
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and time-management skills
- Ability to manage a high volume of client interactions with empathy and professionalism
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with Zendesk and Jira preferred
- Tech-savvy and able to quickly learn new platforms and tools
