Who We’re Looking For (Position Overview):
Spry is seeking a Customer Service and Support Technician (Mid) to join our team.
What Your Day-To-Day Looks Like (Position Responsibilities):
- The Customer Service and Support Technician Mid-Level may perform some of the following tasks:
- a. Answer inquiries by clarifying desired information; researching, locating, and providing information.
- b. Resolve problems by clarifying issues.
- c. Researching and exploring answers and alternative solutions
- d. Implementing solutions
- e. Escalating unresolved problems
- f. Fulfill requests by clarifying desired information.
- g. Completing transactions
- h. Forwarding requests.
- i. Maintain call center database by entering information and documenting customer interaction.
- j. Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities and knowledge management.
- k. Develop appropriate reporting requirements by supervisor or manager.
- l. Handle Subject Matter Expert inquiries and assist other team members.
- m. Assist in the training of new-hires and assist in quality assurance activities.
- Mid-Level performs more varied and difficult tasks compared to Junior-Level yet has less autonomy than Senior-Level.
What You Need to Succeed (Minimum Requirements):
- Must hold an Associate’s degree from an accredited university or college
- Must have at least 1 year experience of helpdesk experience
