Job Description

  • Answer incoming calls from customers/clients we work with
  • Calling clients following up on their projects and seeing if there is anything we can help them more with
  • Keeping up with communication via phone, email, and sometimes in person clients if needed
  • Processing paperwork
  • Educating clients on our services for them
  • Keep track of data in system

The Successful Applicant

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Experience in Customer Service
  • Bachelor’s Degree
