Job Description
- Answer incoming calls from customers/clients we work with
- Calling clients following up on their projects and seeing if there is anything we can help them more with
- Keeping up with communication via phone, email, and sometimes in person clients if needed
- Processing paperwork
- Educating clients on our services for them
- Keep track of data in system

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
