What You’ll Do

  • Respond to customer support inquiries via phone and support platforms like Zendesk
  • Enter and update client data, complete operational tasks, and manage support inboxes
  • Assist in quality control checks, escalated client issues, and cross-department coordination

What You Need

  • High school diploma or GED (Bachelor’s degree in Business or Communications preferred)
  • 2+ years in a customer service, operations, or support role
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and data entry skills
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and CRM platforms
