What You’ll Do
- Respond to customer support inquiries via phone and support platforms like Zendesk
- Enter and update client data, complete operational tasks, and manage support inboxes
- Assist in quality control checks, escalated client issues, and cross-department coordination
What You Need
- High school diploma or GED (Bachelor’s degree in Business or Communications preferred)
- 2+ years in a customer service, operations, or support role
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and data entry skills
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and CRM platforms
