Schedule
- Full-time, remote role (U.S.-based)
- Occasional travel up to 10% for training
- Standard weekday hours, flexible team environment
What You’ll Do
- Manage customer order fulfillment, inquiries, quotes, and RMAs
- Coordinate NDT orders and shipping with warehouse teams
- Handle billing for South America, Latin America, and Chemistry customers
- Document customer service procedures and update records
- Resolve issues with empathy and efficiency across phone, email, and chat
- Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve complex service issues
- Process domestic and foreign orders and assist with data collection and reports
What You Need
- High school diploma with 3–5 years of CSR or office experience
- Strong SAP knowledge (advanced preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Positive attitude and attention to detail
