Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, chat, and social channels
- Provide excellent service through active listening and clear communication
- Handle confidential information with care
- Resolve issues proactively, aiming for first-contact resolution
- De-escalate challenging situations when needed
- Escalate cases appropriately
- Track call details for audits and reporting
- Deliver feedback on recurring issues
- Upsell products or services when required
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 6+ months of customer service experience
- Must be 18 or older
- Typing speed of at least 25 WPM
- Comfortable using desktop systems and Windows-based tools
- Sales or customer service experience preferred
- College degree optional
