Schedule

  • Full-time, remote position
  • Open to residents of Texas, Idaho, and Nevada
  • Flexible schedule; weekend availability required

Responsibilities

  • Train, coach, and support a team of customer service representatives
  • Handle escalated customer calls, chats, and emails with professionalism and empathy
  • Monitor and review communications across phone, chat, and email to ensure brand standards
  • Research and resolve customer complaints to drive satisfaction and retention
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve processes
  • Stay current on policies, procedures, and system updates; train staff accordingly
  • Ensure all communications and resolutions reflect the REVOLVE standard of excellence

Requirements

  • High school diploma required; some college preferred
  • 2+ years of customer service/call center experience, ideally in retail
  • 1+ years of leadership or team lead experience strongly preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to type at least 50+ WPM (60+ preferred)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and web navigation
  • Reliable home workspace with wired internet (50 Mbps+)
  • Ability to multitask in a high-volume environment while upholding quality standards

Compensation & Benefits

  • Hourly pay: $26.00 – $28.00, depending on experience
