Schedule
- Part-time, remote position (20–25 hours per week)
- Requires availability for Monday meetings at 9:30 AM EST and Thursday calls at 11 AM EST
- Flexible schedule, with evenings and weekends required for events
What You’ll Do
- Serve as the main point of contact for students, offering support during online workshops and retreats
- Host weekly group calls and live sessions to guide and engage the community
- Respond to chats and moderate the client’s Facebook Group with professionalism
- Assist with onboarding, ensuring students have a positive program experience
- Participate in weekly planning and client meetings
- Manage CRM updates, communications, and related administrative tasks
- Maintain a polished, professional presence for on-camera sessions
- Balance multiple responsibilities with strong communication and time management
What You Need
- 3+ years of customer service experience (sales experience preferred)
- Background in social work, teaching, or other people-focused roles is a plus
- Exceptional writing and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable using CRM tools (GoHighLevel a plus), Zoom, spreadsheets, and scheduling software
- Flexible schedule, with ability to work evenings and weekends as needed
- Positive, professional attitude with a passion for self-improvement and personal growth
- Strong interpersonal skills and resilience in high-stress situations
- Eagerness to learn and grow within a collaborative team
