What You’ll Do

  • Facilitate deliveries from booking through successful drop-off
  • Provide support to customers and drivers via chat and phone
  • Coordinate with pickup and drop-off contacts to ensure smooth delivery completion
  • Identify operational pain points and share feedback to improve logistics workflows

What You Need
