What You’ll Do
- Respond quickly and professionally to customer inquiries by phone.
- Troubleshoot issues, escalate when necessary, and ensure full resolution.
- Keep organized records of interactions in the CRM system.
- Educate customers on product features and services while delivering exceptional support.
- Provide feedback on recurring issues and suggest process improvements.
What You Need
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a friendly, professional tone.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Detail-oriented with solid documentation habits.
- Comfortable using CRM software, phone systems, and standard computer tools.
- Self-motivated and disciplined in a remote environment.
