What You’ll Do

  • Answer inbound customer calls quickly and professionally
  • Provide accurate information and resolve inquiries with empathy
  • Troubleshoot customer issues, escalating when necessary
  • Keep detailed records in the CRM system
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and full issue resolution
  • Educate customers on features and services
  • Share feedback on recurring issues and suggest improvements

What You Need

  • Excellent verbal communication and a friendly phone presence
  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills
  • Ability to remain calm and empathetic under pressure
  • Detail-oriented approach to documenting interactions
  • Comfort with CRM software, phone systems, and basic computer tools
  • Self-motivated, reliable, and disciplined in a remote environment
